Cancellations
If you wish to change your mind or cancel your order, please contact us for cancellation same day of order up to 4 pm. As soon as we receive the required notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal delivery charge (or all of it if applicable).
Once the order is fully accepted after 4 pm, you will not be able to cancel or be refunded as the process to make your order has already started for collection day 3 with mixing, folding, fermenting the sourdough with baking day 3 at around 6 am ).
You might have, as a trader, a cancelation yourself and were not able to cancel day 1. If your cancellation is received by us day 2 / am we will refund 50% of the order, no more.
Click & Collect – Returns & Refunds
If the grocery products you receive -mainly flours- are not as you expect, please notify our office same day to: accounts@peber.co.uk and/or return the product to the shop from which you collected it with its receipt and original unopened packing. Once we have received the product and confirmed that a refund is due, we will issue the refund.
You DON'T have a legal right to change your mind & return bought goods, as stores don't legally have to refund you simply because you've changed your mind. (It's different if items are faulty, with the obligation to define "faulty", not only with your palate or taste buds but technical verifiable knowledge in our field. We are always eager to learn.)
We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage. Note that you have ample opportunity to try a sample before you bought, so any adverse comments based on your opinion or your palate, for this reason, will not be accepted based on this.
Because of the nature of perishability of Fresh sourdough starters, as well as Baked goods and the fact that they could have been exposed to Covid , we do not accept their return.
Losses
We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we send the Order Confirmation email to you). We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.
Our liability to you under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
