Delivery and Collection
We primarily operate on a collection-only basis for baked products. Some products, mainly the Peberliscious range lines are available for nationwide delivery through Fedex.

Scope of Terms
These Terms & Conditions are standard for e-commerce platforms and apply to all business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) transactions made via our website. Where applicable, our Terms & Conditions take precedence over those of suppliers.

Agreement by Use
By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we may notify you of, represent the entire agreement between you and Peber Ltd regarding your use of the website.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These are legal protections that cannot be waived or overridden by contractual terms.

Opening a Trading Account
For business customers wishing to open a trading account, please complete and return the trading form. This helps us establish a clear and mindful working relationship from the outset.

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains how your information is handled when you place an order on our website.

Data Collection:
When you place an order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (such as your name, address, email, and phone number). We do not store or view your credit or debit card details. Payments are processed securely through a certified payment gateway provider.

Our payment gateway providers are certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of certification available for handling payment card data. This ensures that your financial details are processed with the strictest security standards.

To fulfill your order and keep you informed, we will contact you via email and website notifications. By placing an order, you agree to receive these communications electronically. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

The Contract Between Us

This section outlines the process of making a purchase through our website and when a legally binding contract is formed.

Order Placement:
When you place an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase goods from us. By submitting your order, you confirm that all details provided (including personal information and payment details) are accurate, current, and belong to you.

Please note that prices may change daily due to exchange rates, material costs, logistics, and other factors. Prices may be amended without prior notice.

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation:
Once your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation. At this point, a contract is formed between you (the customer) and Peber Ltd.

Supplier Orders:
Orders placed by Peber Ltd with suppliers are accepted only upon confirmation of the initial quote. Renewal orders must maintain the original price. Suppliers are asked to give at least one week’s notice of any price increases, which will only apply at the time of new orders. If certain products are unavailable, any agreed volume-based discounts will still be honored.

Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Orders

We deliver to home consumers with Fedex. However, online orders may be placed for collection with no minimum order or charge. Note that we deliver freshly baked bread only listed in the Peberlicious range . This range are chosen because a) their popularity as they are baked daily , b) their size around 800 gr+ that confer them a quality of freshness to be consumed up to 3 days after delivery without freezing them at reception

We recommend purchasing online for collecting your order two days after fermentation, directly from Peber Ltd, Unit 4, The Park, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5FG. This guarantees availability of your chosen bread. Some items may be available for collection as early as 15 minutes after ordering.

You are also welcome to visit our shop at Unit 4 without placing an online order. Please note that stock availability may vary.

For catering events or consumer functions, non-trade deliveries may be arranged. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery if pre-approved. Discount coupons may also be offered for such occasions.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

We deliver to trade by own means within 2 miles of our bakery at a time and day to agree with us. Select Fedex if you reside after this limit zone .Discounts are only offered above £100 per drop after applying the discount with 48 hours notice

Age Restrictions

We only sell to individuals aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product Descriptions and Specifications

We strive to display product colours, specifications, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to monitor resolution and production adjustments. Images on our website are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual.

We may update product specifications, dimensions, descriptions, and quantities without prior notice.

Orders containing personalized messages that include profanity or abusive language will be cancelled. Emojis are not supported and will be removed.
